Lux Haven Collection

A private-client digital home for Colombian estates, built for a global UHNW audience

Lux Haven Collection website

Lux Haven Collection is a boutique advisory presenting Colombian estates to an international, ultra-high-net-worth audience. We built a bespoke, bilingual, data-driven website that reads like a private client presentation rather than a listing portal — an editorial design system sitting over a listings data layer, with discretion engineered in at the property level.

The Brief

A boutique advisory presenting Colombian estates to an international, ultra-high-net-worth audience needed a digital home as considered and discreet as the properties themselves.

The audience is private, global, and demanding. They arrive expecting the restraint and polish they know from the world's most established houses — and they notice immediately when a brand borrows someone else's clothes. The site had to feel like an extension of the advisor's own judgment, not a portal stamped from a template.

  • Audience: international ultra-high-net-worth buyers
  • Product: individually significant Colombian estates
  • Non-negotiable: discretion, in both tone and technical handling

The Challenge

Off-the-shelf real-estate templates read like every other listing portal — the last thing a private-client brand can afford. The category default is volume: filters, feeds, and specs shouted at the visitor. For this audience that signals the wrong kind of business entirely.

There was a harder tension underneath the aesthetics. A luxury brand needs to add estates and spin up dedicated property pages quickly, yet a bespoke, hand-crafted feel usually fights against that kind of speed. And some of the most valuable detail — precise parcel information, ownership, pricing — is exactly what a private seller does not want exposed to the open web. The build had to resolve all of this at once: editorial restraint, operational speed, and genuine discretion.

Our Approach

We built the site from the ground up — no page builder, no stock theme. That decision was the whole point: it let us design to the brand rather than around a vendor's assumptions.

An editorial design system carries the experience — Cormorant Garamond paired with Jost, set in a deep midnight-navy and gold palette that reads as considered rather than loud. Beneath it sits a listings data layer, so new estates and their dedicated landing pages ship quickly without ever disturbing the design. The look stays consistent because it is defined once and applied everywhere; the content stays fast to update because it lives as data, not as hand-built pages.

Discretion was engineered in, not bolted on. Sensitive parcel, ownership, and pricing detail can be withheld per property, so confidential information simply never reaches the browser for listings that require it. Privacy became a setting the advisor controls, listing by listing, rather than a compromise made after the fact.

What We Built

A fully bilingual EN/ES site with a data-driven listings architecture and individual property landing pages — the same considered treatment for every estate, produced without rebuilding the design each time.

On top of that foundation sit buyer-facing tools that help a serious prospect actually evaluate a property: a curated collection browser, side-by-side compare, and investment and compass views. The whole thing wears a refined navy-and-gold brand system, the real logo, and editorial typography throughout.

  • Bilingual EN/ES site with data-driven listings and dedicated property landing pages
  • Buyer tools: curated collection browser, side-by-side compare, investment and compass views
  • Per-listing discretion controls that keep confidential detail out of anything shipped to the browser
  • Refined navy-and-gold brand system with the real logo and editorial typography throughout

Why It Works

It reads like a private client presentation, not a property portal. The restraint is deliberate — for this audience, that quiet is the signal of quality, and it does more to build trust than any amount of visual volume could.

The architecture also serves the business behind the brand. Because listings are data and discretion is a per-property control, the advisor can move quickly and confidentially without ever eroding the design or exposing what a private seller needs kept private. The craft and the operating model reinforce each other — which is exactly what a boutique, founder-led advisory needs from its digital home.

For UHNW real estate, restraint is the luxury: the design gets out of the way so the estates and the advisor's judgment carry the room.
